Flat Roof Dormers

A flat roof dormer loft conversion is a box-like extension built onto an existing sloping roof that extends vertically and outward. It completely eliminates sloped ceilings within its footprint, maximising headroom and floor space. Cost-effective and usually requires no planning permission if it falls under Permitted Development rights.

Pitched Roof Dormers

A pitched roof dormer conversion matches the angle and architectural style of the existing property. This type of loft conversion extends the attic space by building a vertical extension capped with a sloped, pointed roof. It maximises headroom and floorspace while preserving traditional aesthetics of the property.

Hip-To-Gable Loft Conversion

Ideal for semi-detached or detached properties with a hipped roof. The sloping side roof is extended to form a vertical gable wall, significantly increasing loft space. This is typically combined with a rear dormer for maximum space.

L-Shaped Loft Conversion

An L-shaped loft conversion combines two dormer extensions built at right angles to form an L-shaped construction. It is specifically designed for Victorian and Edwardian terraced or semi-detached properties that feature a rear back addition. One dormer sits on the main roof slope, and the second extends over the rear outrigger.

Quote & Contract

Once your property survey is complete, we provide a free all-inclusive written quote. Our fixed quotation is inclusive of – all labour, materials, electrics, plumbing, scaffolding, painting & decorating, skip hire, rubbish clearance, equipment and crane hire.

We believe in full transparency, and provide clear, fixed-price quotations with no hidden costs for every project undertaken.

Should you choose to employ our services, we will provide a written contract that covers every detail of your loft conversion.

Design & Planning

Upon signing of an agreed contract by both parties, scheduling of architect and obtain all the necessary Building Regulations for submission to your local authority.

Build & Completion

A designated Project Manager is appointed to oversee every aspect of the build with our trusted and knowledgeable tradesmen, and arranging regular inspections by your local Building Control Officers. On completion, the Project Manager will ensure that you are satisfied with every aspect of your new loft conversion.

Handover & Aftercare

On average a loft conversion may take between 10-12 weeks from start to finish. However, this timeline may vary based on conversion type and project complexity.
